Our founder Rose Wilton was thrilled to win the Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce’s “Businessperson of the year” award at the 28th Annual Business Excellence Awards, on November 7, 2025. (Award presented by Arcadis Canada). The Rose Quest was also nominated for Excellence as a Not for Profit/Service club. Congratulations to all of the nominees and winners. Thank you so much to the Chamber, our nominators (in both categories), and all of you for your continued support.

On October 7, 2021 we received the Business Excellence award by the Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce for “Not for Profit/Service Club”.

Celebrating our Founder
Our fearless leader, Rose Wilton, received a Port Hope Civic Award on May 2, 2024, in the Inspiration category. She certainly is an inspiration to us here at The Rose Quest!

Port Hope Civic Award
On April 25, 2019 The Rose Quest (under its former name The Rose Project – Northumberland) was recognized with a Port Hope Civic Award.
Grants
Thank you to the Municipality of Port Hope Council for a 2023 Community Grant to assist our School Support Program in providing hygiene kits to students in need.
